 Teenager crisis is a self explanatory term Every single one of us goes through this stage once in our life I feel that this is one of the most crucial stage of our life which can define our levels of maturity which can also affect the tendency to take decisions in the future. 



Simply Teenage crisis refers to the upheaval that happens during this period, such as the changes that can take place in multiple dimensions, including emotional components, psychological factors, and physical development. we suffer through a lot of changes in our bodies which one may force us to feel insecure about , but its all normal happens to everyone its nothing new. we should just keep on going all we need a reliable person whom we can trust to guide us in our darkest and the most hardest times.



     As I stated earlier that teenager years are very crucial years and thus our future depends on the actions we take just in that short span of time but it is also important to realise that  we should assist our children in these difficult times. The relationships we develop throughout our childhood dramatically impact this transition to adulthood. Supportive families can help us reach adulthood in an emotionally stable state, but overwhelming stress and trauma can negatively affect our development. 

Adolescence is a transitional period following childhood, during which we begin to comprehend what it means to be an adult. Heartbreakingly, children growing up in highly stressful, violent and abusive circumstances can be left behind at this stage. They often develop coping strategies that do not prepare them well for adolescence and which can lead to three serious crises: suicide, aggression and elopement in the worst cases.
